Day 5

I ventured off to Ipswich yesterday to sort out 3G. I took the bus which is just around the corner and it took an hour to get there it is about 20 mins by car. The bus winds its way through the villages and in fact the bus is not a normal size as it wouldnt be able to get through some of the little lanes. The trip was charming, the sites I saw through the window. So where are the pics, I took a couple but the windows of the bus were so dirty it was a waste of time.

Well I had the most expensive wee yesterday. I was shopping at the store that has just been liquidated - Woolworths (for the SA's it is not the same as our chain it is a down market OK type store) anyway I needed the loo and asking around I was told the loo is attached to their cafe and if I wanted to use it I would have to order something in order to get a code to punch into the door to open it. So I ordered a coffee and the toilet, serious sense of humour failure on the part of the counter assistant, she did not find that funny!!! Got my code and a couple of women had gathered at the loo door waiting for me to open it!! So £1.40 (R21.00) for a wee.

I am off this morning to start my assignment, so wish me luck and I will fire myself up later with the 3G (I hope).
